TERMS & CONDITIONS
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the Tourism Platform (the "Platform"). By registering, participating in programs, or booking any tour, the user ("User" or "Member") agrees to comply with all terms set forth below.
1. Tour Advance Payment – Non-Refundable Policy
1.1. All tour advance payments made by the User are strictly non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation or withdrawal.
1.2. Tour advance payments cannot be withdrawn, refunded, or transferred to any bank account or external payment method.
2. Tour Wallet Usage Policy
2.1. Funds accumulated in the Tour Wallet may be used exclusively for booking domestic or international tour packages offered through the Platform.
2.2. Tour Wallet balance may be utilized only by the registered User and their immediate family members, defined as spouse, children, and parents.
2.3. Tour Wallet funds cannot be exchanged for cash, converted to rewards, or used for any non-travel related purposes.
3. PAN Card Registration Limit
3.1. A single PAN card may be used to register a maximum of six (6) user accounts on the Platform.
3.2. Any attempt to create more than six (6) accounts using the same PAN card may result in the suspension or termination of the additional accounts without prior notice.
4. Tour Booking Approval Timeline
4.1. Domestic Tours: Booking approval requests must be submitted a minimum of 60 days prior to the intended travel date.
4.2. International Tours: Booking approval requests must be submitted a minimum of 90 days prior to the intended travel date.
4.3. All booking approvals are subject to availability, accuracy of documentation, and compliance with company policies.
5. Methods to Increase Tour Wallet Balance
Users may increase their Tour Wallet balance through the following methods:
Option A – Monthly Advance Contributions
Users may make monthly advance payments to accumulate balance for future travel bookings.
Monthly advance contributions are non-refundable.
Option B – Earned Platform Income
Users will receive 10% of all eligible platform earnings (including referral income, level income, rewards, and other qualifying earnings) automatically credited to their Tour Wallet.
This percentage is predetermined by the company and is not subject to modification by the User.
6. Additional Terms and Company Rights
6.1. The company reserves the right to modify tour prices, package availability, itineraries, or terms at any time without prior notice to Users.
6.2. Any misuse of the Platform, fraudulent activity, violation of PAN card registration limits, or breach of these Terms may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination.
6.3. Users are solely responsible for providing accurate and valid travel documentation (including but not limited to passports, visas, identification proof, and any other required documents). The company shall not be held liable for any delays, rejections, or travel disruptions caused by incorrect, incomplete, or invalid documentation.
6.4. In the event of government restrictions, natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or other force majeure circumstances beyond the company's control, tours may be postponed or cancelled. In such cases, refunds will not be provided; however, the tour amount may be adjusted or rescheduled in accordance with company policy at the company's sole discretion.
6.5. All disputes, claims, or disagreements arising from these Terms or the use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [Company's Registered Office Location].
6.6. The company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform or participation in tours.
6.7. Modification of Rewards and Awards
The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue rewards and awards at any time based on performance metrics, policy revisions, or organizational requirements. Users will be notified of any significant changes to the rewards program through official communication channels. Such modifications do not constitute a breach of these Terms and Conditions.
6.8. Tax Liability on Awards and Rewards
All payments shall be subject to applicable provisions of the Income Tax Act (TDS/TCS) and GST laws, and the related tax liability shall be borne by the beneficiary. This applies to all Awards and Rewards distributed under the referral program. Users are responsible for complying with all applicable tax regulations and reporting requirements in their respective jurisdictions.
7. User Acceptance and Consent
By registering on the Platform, participating in any earning programs, or booking any tour package, the User hereby acknowledges and confirms that they have:

Agreed to be legally bound by these Terms without exception
Consented to all policies regarding payments, refunds, wallet usage, and tour bookings
